Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or SAP HCM Payroll for India.
Configure and maintain payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll functions.
Handle end-to-end payroll processing for Indian employees.
Manage statutory compliance including PF, Client, PT, TDS, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, and Income Tax.
Perform payroll validation, reconciliation, and year-end activities.
Integrate SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with Payroll.
Work on payroll control center, payroll troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
Prepare functional specifications and support testing activities (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT).
Provide production support and resolve payroll-related incidents.
Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and payroll regulations.

Mandatory Requirements
8+ years of experience in SAP Payroll implementations/support.
Robust experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or SAP HCM Payroll.
Hands-on experience with Indian payroll statutory compliance.
Experience in payroll configuration and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Employee Central integration.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
Experience with SAP CPI/BTP integra
