About The Job:
This is an exciting chance to join a London-based Fintech company, expanding into Noida. IMiX is a Wealth management platform that allows our clients to manage and grow their clients’ portfolios, focusing on Wealth, Investment and Fund Management. We have been pioneering a solution to modernise some of the industries issues, allowing for a seamless user experience.
The role involves analysis, client support and client management within the Investment environment, with focus on wealth management. The candidate is expected to become a
product support specialist over time. The key attribute we look for is character over qualifications and experience. The environment is skilled but friendly with a client list containing major Investment Managers.



Delivering solutions and managing client expectations is a major factor when analysing/solving issues and providing client support.

Essential Job Functions:

Product Understanding:
Learn and understand the intended logic, functionality, and use cases of the product.
Develop a strong understanding of the underlying product architecture and database structure.
Learn and utilize troubleshooting tools, diagnostic utilities, and error-handling mechanisms within the product.
Stay updated with product changes, enhancements, releases, and new functionality.
Create clear and easy-to-understand user guides and documentation for existing and new functionality.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather product feedback, recommendations, and improvement opportunities.
Develop a robust understanding of product workflows and their impact on client operations and business processes.
