Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end program delivery, ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes.
Manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Engage with business stakeholders, customers, and leadership to align project objectives.
Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and governance.
Oversee SRE, DevOps, or Production Support initiatives and ensure service reliability.
Track project milestones, budgets, KPIs, and delivery metrics.
Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and infrastructure teams to improve service delivery.




Drive continuous process improvements and operational efficiency.

Required Skills
Robust Program and Project Management experience.
Excellent Stakeholder and Client Management skills.
Experience managing SRE, DevOps, or Production Support projects.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
Risk, Issue, and Dependency Management.
Budget Planning and Resource Management.
Solid communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are preferred.
