About The Client:

Client is a life insurance company in India. The firm offers life insurance products targeted at individuals and groups, catering to four distinct segments: protection, children, retirement and investment plans.

Essential Job Functions:
Work on analytics related to new business, product penetration, renewals, persistency, initiative performance, etc.
Work on Ad-hoc data/Reports as maybe required for project delivery
Work on critical report automation, with the help of IT
Track performance and publish regular reports of existing models deployed, initiatives rolled out
Assist in data backed problem identification and solutioning through hypothesis formulation and testing
Inference and insights through data analysis
CEO’s/ CXO’s office, BIU, Ops, IT, Sales, Finance, Sales Support and other departments
External Vendors, Call Centers
Data accuracy
Timely completion of deliverables
Stakeholder management
IT automation TAT management
MoClienting and timely review of such models





Qualifications:
Excel proficiency
Qualification Requirement Graduate / MBA
Relevant Work-experience 5 years of experience in data management, analytics (Insurance / Financial sector preferred)
Language Proficiency English, Hindi
Any additional requirement Life Insurance industry experience preferred
