About The Job:
We’re seeking a seasoned SDE to design, build, and deploy modern business applications using agile practices, microservices, and cloud technologies.
The ideal candidate will drive projects from prototyping to production, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

Essential Job Functions:
Design and prototype front-end/back-end features; demonstrate current components to stakeholders.
Collaborate with technical, business, and product teams to translate vision into robust code.
Develop, deploy, and optimize RESTful microservices using Agile (SCRUM/SAFe/XP).
Write automated tests, maintain high code quality, and support production issues.
Build CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment scripts (DevOps).




Implement service reliability engineering; configure databases and monitoring.
Ensure alignment with security/compliance standards.

Qualifications:

Mandatory Skills:
6+ years in software development
Core tech: Java, Spring Boot, Angular, JavaScript, SQL, RESTful API, Microservices
DevOps: CI/CD, Jenkins/Tekton, Git/Gitlab, Gradle, Ansible
Required Cloud: Hands-on with AWS (S3, DynamoDB, EC2, API Gateway)
Messaging: JMS, Kafka, MQ/Topic
Testing: TDD, SonarQube, Veracode/Blackduck scans
Databases: SQL/JDBC, MongoDB, Cassandra
IaC: AWS CDK (TypeScript), CloudFormation, YAML
Familiar with secure coding (OWASP, 12-factor app principles)

Preferred:
Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field
Airline tech experience
Adaptable to recent and emerging technologies
