Essential Job Functions:
AEM Development & Customization
Design, develop, and deploy custom AEM components, templates, workflows, services, and dialogs using core AEM technologies like Sling, OSGi, HTL (Sightly), and JCR.
Implement scalable and reusable solutions that support multi-site and multi-channel content delivery.
Configure and maintain AEM environments, including Dispatcher and caching strategies.
Integration & Backend Work
Integrate AEM with RESTful APIs, external services, and backend systems.
Write backend logic using Java, Sling servlets, and OSGi modules.
Ensure seamless integration of content management solutions with enterprise applications and third-party systems.
Performance,



Quality & Best Practices
Optimize AEM solutions for performance, scalability, and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across settings and ensure production-ready code.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and implementation of continuous integration (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Maven, and Git.
