Define and execute EPT strategy and technology roadmap.
Oversee design, integration, and validation of battery, motor, inverter, and EDU systems.
Drive make-vs-buy decisions and manage supplier partnerships.
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve performance, cost, and timeline targets.

Required Expertise:
Solid leadership in electric powertrain development.
Deep technical knowledge of batteries, motors, inverters, and system integration.
Commercial acumen for supplier management and cost optimization.
