Position Summary

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable DevOps solutions across cloud and on-prem environments. You will lead a team of engineers, drive automation strategies, and ensure high availability, performance, and security of our infrastructure. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), infrastructure-as-code (IaC), and container orchestration.

You will play a key role in shaping DevOps best practices, mentoring junior engineers,



and collaborating with development and security teams to enhance system reliability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy:
Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of automation and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to define best practices for deployment, monitoring, and system reliability.
Evaluate and recommend recent DevOps tools, technologies, and best practices to optimize infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in DevOps methodologies, driving innovation in cloud-native and on-prem solutions.

Infrastructure & Cloud Management:
Design and manage cloud-native solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or Puppet.
Implement best practices for cloud cost optimization and perfo
