About The Job:
The Finance SME will lead finance process design and implementation for a multi-company NetSuite deployment within a Life Sciences workplace. The role will define future-state financial processes, support solution design, and ensure alignment with accounting standards and corporate reporting requirements.

Essential Job Functions:
Financial Process Leadership




Lead design workshops for Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
Define chart of accounts, financial dimensions, and reporting structures.
Support consolidation strategy for acquired companies.

NetSuite Functional Leadership
Design and validate NetSuite financial configurations.
Support implementation of:
General Ledger
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Fixed Assets
Cash Management
Revenue Recognition
Financial Reporting
Multi-Entity Accounting

Data Migration
Define migration requirements for:
Open AP/AR
Trial balances
Historical financial data
Fixed assets
Vendor and customer masters

Testing & Training
Lead UAT activities.
Develop finance process documentation and training materials.
Support cutover and hypercare activities.
