Description
A ServiceNow Platform Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and governing the overall architecture of the ServiceNow platform. They ensure scalability, performance, and alignment with business requirements while guiding development teams on best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end ServiceNow architecture
Define platform standards, governance, and best practices
Lead implementation of modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)
Ensure integration with external systems
Optimize performance, security, and scalability
Mentor developers and technical teams
Key Skills
Robust expertise in ServiceNow platform and modules
Architecture design & system integration
Scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
Cloud and enterprise architecture knowledge
