The role requires to lead the end-to-end product strategy and business performance of BOBCARD's credit card product function, with responsibility for scaling the business, strengthening product propositions, driving customer acquisition and engagement, managing product economics, and building strategic partnerships.
The role combines product strategy, P&L; management, portfolio growth, customer lifecycle management, digital transformation, partnerships and innovation, with a solid focus on delivering sustainable and profitable business growth.
Product Strategy
Own the overall product strategy for proprietary consumer credit cards
Define product architecture, proposition, positioning and pricing in line with target customer segments and business objectives.
Identify opportunities for portfolio growth through recent propositions, customer segmentation, lifecycle interventions,



and ecosystem partnerships.
Drive the product roadmap from concept through launch, adoption, and ongoing portfolio optimization.
Launch and scale new credit card products aligned to evolving customer needs and market opportunities.

P&L; & Business Performance
Drive business economics with a clear focus on revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization.
Influence product and pricing mix through close collaboration with sales and distribution teams.
Establish performance targets across acquisition, activation, spends, engagement, retention and customer lifetime value.
Identify structural opportunities to improve profitability while maintaining customer value.

Customer Lifecycle Management
Develop strategies to improve early activation and usage of newly acquired customers.
Leverage customer data to identify recent acquisition opportunities and improve acquisition economics.
