Product moClienting and configuration in SAP CRM SOM (IPC based product moClienting engine or simplified configuration)
Cross catalogue mapping
Special Products like Master agreement product, Partner product
Provider Order and Contract Management
Provider contract change processes and customization
B2B Master agreement and Partner agreement
ODS framework and common object layer
Financial customer care front-office
SAP Convergent Charging (CC) installation & set-upKnowledge on CC architecture including Core tool, BART, DIAMETER, IEC, RATER, Bulk loader, Taxer




Convergent Charging (Charge Plan, Charge, Charging Plan, Billable Item mapping, Consumption item, Allowance, Refill, Pricing Tables, Monitoring Plan, CC Web-services)
Knowledge of SAP-CC testing & simulation of charge
CDR specification for online and offline mediation
Offline charging setup via SAP CC BART and SAP CC IEC
Integration with Convergent Mediation for online and offline mediation
Product MoClienting in SAP CRM – SoM and integration with SAP-CC Charge Plan cross catalogue mapping
Knowledge in ODS and Common Object layer
Integration with Convergent Invoicing for Billable item and consumption item
