About The Job:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Wintel Lead to manage, support, and optimise enterprise Windows infrastructure environments.
The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Virtualization platforms, patch management, infrastructure automation, and team leadership.

Essential Job Functions:

Technical Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of Wintel administrators and engineers.
Provide technical guidance for incident resolution, problem management, and infrastructure improvements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and automation opportunities.
Windows Infrastructure Management
Administer and maintain Windows Server environments.




Ensure server availability, performance, and resource planning.
Manage server lifecycle activities including provisioning, upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning.
Virtualization & Cloud
Manage and support VMware vSphere, Horizon VDI, vSan, or similar Virtualization platforms.
Support hybrid cloud environments involving Microsoft Azure and related services.
Participate in cloud migration and modernisation projects.
Security & Compliance
Implement and maintain security best practices across Windows settings.
Manage patching, vulnerability remediation, antivirus, and endpoint security solutions.
Ensure compliance with organisational and regulatory standards.
Support security audits and risk assessments.
Monitoring & Operations
Monitor infrastructure health using enterprise monitoring tools.
Lead major incident management and root cause analysis activities.
