Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Perform manual and automation testing across web, mobile, API, and backend applications.
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases and automation scripts.
Create and maintain BDD-style feature files using Cucumber.
Integrate Cucumber feature files with automation test suites.
Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing.
Identify, document, track, and manage defects through ServiceNow or similar defect tracking tools.
Perform root cause analysis and work closely with development teams to resolve defects.
Maintain automation code and follow best practices for test framework development.
Use Git for source code management, branching, merging, and collaboration.
Participate in code reviews and ensure automation code quality.
Prepare test reports and communicate testing status, risks,



and issues to stakeholders.
Support test planning, execution, and release activities.

Required Skills
4+ years of experience in Quality Engineering / Software Testing.
Strong experience in both manual and automation testing.
Experience testing web, mobile, API, and backend applications.
Hands-on experience with BDD and Cucumber.
Experience writing and maintaining Cucumber feature files.
Robust understanding of Git, including branching strategies, code reviews, and repository management.
Experience with ServiceNow or similar defect tracking/test lifecycle management tools.
Positive understanding of QA methodologies and software testing life cycle.
Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
