What will you be doing?

• Responsible for finalisation of monthly actuals (income and operating expense) for HOO and GCA
• Responsible for outlook submission for HOO and GCA on a monthly basis interacting with FBPs
• Prepare outlook submission data for HOO and GCA and arrange for commentaries pertaining to material P&L; variances
• Execute BX cost tracker every month and ensure the data matches to Actuals from reporting systems
• Generate Actuals Boiler plate for HOO and GCA covering entire P&L;
• Generate Outlook Boiler plate for HOO and GCA with recent outlook submission and submit to HO consolidation team
• Proactively identify and drive enhancements to forecasting process and control environment
• Performance and monitoring of Key Controls and Reconciliations such as INFoRM submission and Interco elimination submission for co code 7893
• Timely settlement of co code 7893 intercompany payables / receivables interacting with counterparties.
o Timely submission of Half Year payables from co code 7893 with payment details to Central Interco team




o Perform the Legal entity Profit before tax workings for submission to Group
o Manage the Regulatory CME cost data in a template and follow up with Business to understand Purchase order details

What we’re looking for:

• Experienced management accountant
• Experience of building and operating effective control settings
• Ability to build, maintain and improve the operating effectiveness of processes
• Positive stakeholder management with effective written and verbal communication skills
• Should be solid in Essbase, SAP H4

Skills that will help you in the role:

• CA, CMA or equivalent
• Specific experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and Management reporting is preferred
• Experience in handling large data with strong excel skills
• Exposure to tools such as Alteryx would be advantageous
