Essential Job Functions:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Develop and optimize microservices and event-driven solutions using Kafka.
Create high-performance APIs and integration services.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvements. Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical design discussions.

Qualifications:
Experience: 7+ Years

Required Skills
Strong experience in Java application development.




Expertise in Spring Framework / Spring Boot and Maven.
Robust understanding of Kafka and event-driven architecture.
Experience designing and developing microservices-based applications.
Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs.
Positive understanding of software design patterns, multithreading, and performance optimization.
Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices, Git, and Agile methodologies.

Positive to Have
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, Rancher, and Kubernetes.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
Knowledge of distributed systems and messaging patterns.

Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
