Enterprise Portfolio & Capability Mapping
Partner with corporate strategy teams to evaluate project pipelines and strategic initiatives.
Map cross-functional dependencies across business, data, technology, and operational teams.




Ensure data and technology solutions directly support and optimize core business capabilities.
Align project portfolios with enterprise capabilities, strategic objectives, and business priorities.

High-Impact Strategy & Scoping
Lead discovery, scope definition, and business-case formulation for complex, ambiguous, and high-risk initiatives.
Drive analysis for multi-million-dollar corporate programs and strategic investments.
