Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow skilled with solid implementation experience in Telecommunications, Media & Technology (TMT) solutions. The candidate should have hands-on expertise in ServiceNow TNI modules, integrations, CMDB alignment, and telecom service lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and configure ServiceNow TMT industry solutions.
Design & Configure telecom-specific device & Service models.
Configure and customize:
Form Layouts
Playbooks.
Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies.
Table Structure.
CMDB framework
Implement telecom service assurance and operational workflows.
Develop automation using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
Implement Service Graph Connectors for telecom ecosystem integration.
Develop and maintain REST integrations with OSS systems.
Data loading using Import Sets and Transform Maps.
