As an Analytics Solutions Associate in Forecast Automation team in Finance Decision Optimization (FDO) product, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions to enhance financial processes, improve efficiency and drive data-driven decision-making. You will work across Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) with SMEs, technology teams and supporting Products to automate processes, systematize data and visualize results. Adopting a holistic approach by utilizing up-to-date technologies, you will develop best-in-class solutions that are comprehensive and seamlessly integrated.

Partner effectively with Finance and Risk teams to gather detailed requirements and propose tailored analytical solutions
Collaborate with Technology and Data Analytics teams to automate data sourcing,



enhance solutions and follow best practices in development
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation, support appropriate documentation and adoption of automated solutions
Present your observations, results and recommendations clearly and concisely to all stakeholders and in a timely manner
Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications of the current solution on the overall product experience
Detect and resolve issues related to processes & automated solutions through analysis, collaboration with stakeholders and testing
Monitor and evaluate the performance of automated solutions, making enhancements and adjustments as necessary

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills (Max seven bullets)
Bachelors/Master’s degree in engineering and/or finance
4+ years of relevant experience in an finance/banking domain
Experience in cloud native
