Role:Devops Engineer

Responsibilities

- Deploy, automate, maintain, and manage systems ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability across a large-scale multi-account AWS environment

- Design and implement GitOps-based CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments

- Author and maintain Helm charts for Kubernetes application deployments on AWS

- Provision and manage cloud infrastructure as code across multiple AWS accounts and regions

- Manage secrets and configuration securely integrated with application workloads

- Deploy and maintain applications on on-premises Linux servers alongside cloud-based container workloads

- Implement and enhance observability pipelines for logging, monitoring, and alerting

- Troubleshoot full-stack issues spanning containers, AWS networking, Oracle DB, MongoDB, and application layers

- Collaborate with senior engineers and architects on enterprise-level infrastructure initiatives

- Proactively review, recommend, and implement infrastructure changes with proper validation across all environments

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering





- Strong hands-on experience with AWS container services (EKS or ECS), ECR, S3, CloudFront, IAM, VPC, and Parameter Store

- Experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration platforms deployments, services, ingress, RBAC, autoscaling, and secrets management; EKS experience preferred

- Experience with GitOps-based CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions; ArgoCD or Flux experience is a plus

- Experience authoring and maintaining Helm charts for multi-workplace deployments

- Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning; Terragrunt experience is a plus

- Experience with Docker building, optimizing, and debugging container images

- Familiarity with on-premises Linux server administration (RHEL/Ubuntu, systemd, Ansible)

- Experience with observability tooling Splunk, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar

- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and collaborative engineering workflows

- Experience in HIPAA-regulated or compliance-sensitive environments is a plus

- Self-motivated, technically curious, and comfortable working independently
