Roles & Responsibilities

- Review and set up end-to-end monitoring and observability across the OTA offboard toolchain

- Build infrastructure through capacity planning and design consultation





- Create sustainable systems and services through automation and platform improvements

- Gather and analyze operating system and application metrics for performance tuning and fault analysis

- Partner with development teams to improve services through testing and release processes

- Balance feature development speed with reliability objectives

- Deploy updates and fixes

- Build tools to reduce errors and improve customer experience

- Develop integrations with internal backend systems

- Provide production support and root cause analysis

- Develop scripts to automate visualization and operational activities
