About The Job:
Manage Fabric tenant-level governance and operations: capacity, workspaces, security, data governance, monitoring, CI/CD, and platform reliability for analytics teams.

Essential Job Functions:
Configure Fabric tenant settings, feature toggles, and admin portal controls
Manage Fabric capacity (F SKU / capacity units), throttling, workload management
Monitor performance and optimize capacity usage; plan scaling strategy
Define workspace strategy (domain/team-based), naming standards, access controls
Apply policies for workspace creation, external sharing, and publishing
Manage role-based access for: Workspaces, Lakehouses, Warehouses, Semantic Models




Implement identity governance with Entra ID groups and least privilege model
Control data exfiltration risks and ensure proper segmentation
Coordinate with data governance teams for cataloging, lineage, and stewardship
Define standards for data ingestion, transformations, and certified datasets
Drive best practices for semantic models and reuse
Implement monitoring for refresh failures, pipeline failures, capacity overuse
Establish incident response, RCA templates, and problem management
Manage release cadence, platform updates, and communications
Support deployment pipelines, Git integration (where used), and setting promotion
Standardize packaging and deployment practices across data products
Fabric governance blueprint, capacity plan, workspace security model, monitoring & alerting, CI/CD process, data platform runbooks
