About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:
Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) module.
Configure foundational EC components including Foundation Objects, Employee Data Models, Business Rules, Workflows, and Event Reasons.
Set up Position Management , Global Advantages , and Advanced Workflows based on client requirements.
Manage and design Role-Based Permissions (RBP) frameworks to ensure secure access control across user roles and data levels.
Create and manage People Analytics Story Reports and dashboards to monitor workforce data such as headcount, attrition, organizational changes, and compliance metrics.
Support data migration activities , data loads , and validation using templates and tools such as the Import Employee Data feature.




Configure and manage Integration Center for EC-to-EC module data flows and integrations with third-party systems.
Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into system configurations and best practices.
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution across EC and integrated modules.
Provide training, documentation, and post-go-live support to business users and system administrators.
Stay current on SAP SuccessFactors EC release updates, recent features, and best practices.

Qualifications:
Experience – 8 +yrs
