Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow ITSM Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions. The candidate will be responsible for delivering scalable and productive ITSM processes, customizations, integrations, and automation capabilities aligned with business requirements.

Mandatory Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow ITSM applications.




Implement and enhance Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog Management modules.
Develop workflows, Flow Designer solutions, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and custom applications.
Build and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing platform support.
Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and platform optimization activities.
Create technical documentation, design documents, and knowledge transfer materials.
