The Associate/Para Legal will support the legal team in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various agreements, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and conducting legal research pertinent to the AdTech sector

Job Description
Contract Management: Review, draft, and negotiate agreements, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Insertion Orders (IOs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
Legal Research: Conduct research on advertising laws, data protection regulations, intellectual property rights, and other relevant legal topics.
Compliance Support: Assist in ensuring company practices align with local and international laws, particularly concerning data privacy and advertising standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure contractual terms meet business objectives and compliance requirements.

Skills
Candidate Profile
Holding a Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
Additional Certifications (Positive to Have, but Not Mandatory)
Contract Law (Harvard Online, Coursera, or similar)
Data Protection & Privacy Laws (GDPR, CCPA, DPDP Act)
Intellectual Property & Digital Media Law
