Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end SAP projects from initiation through implementation and post-go-live support.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and project documentation.
Manage project execution across SAP functional and technical teams.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, SAP consultants, vendors, and senior management.
Monitor project progress, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and budgets.
Drive project governance, status reporting, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder communication.
Manage change requests, scope changes, and project priorities.
Ensure effective coordination across SAP modules and integration teams.
Manage testing, UAT, cutover, deployment, go-live, and hypercare activities.
Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.
Ensure adherence to project methodologies,



SAP best practices, quality standards, and organizational processes.
Track project KPIs and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
Lead project teams and ensure effective resource allocation and utilization.
Support continuous improvement and process optimization across SAP project delivery.

Required Skills
10+ years of overall experience with robust experience in SAP Project Management.
Proven experience managing end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, or transformation projects.
Solid understanding of SAP implementation methodologies and project lifecycle.
Excellent project planning, execution, risk, issue, and change management skills.
Solid stakeholder and vendor management experience.
Experience managing cross-functional SAP teams.
Valuable understanding of SAP modules and their integration.
