Job Description:

• 8+ years of experience in Performance Testing for web, API, and microservices.

• Solid hands-on skills with JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or equivalent tools.

• Proficiency in Python programming for scripting, test automation, log parsing, and generating performance utilities.

• Strong understanding of different performance testing methodologies: load, stress, endurance, soak, spike testing.

• Positive knowledge of cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) for executing distributed load tests.

• Experience with APM tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, or Grafana.

• Ability to analyze performance metrics such as response time, throughput, CPU, memory, I/O, and network usage.

• Ability to identify bottlenecks and recommend optimization strategies.





• Solid communication and collaboration skills within agile teams.

Key Responsibilities* • Develop, configure, and maintain performance test scripts using JMeter / LoadRunner.

• Write Python automation scripts for test data generation, performance validation, and log analysis.

• Execute performance tests across load, stress, spike, and endurance scenarios.

• Analyze and monitor system metrics using APM tools and dashboarding tools (Grafana/Kibana).

• Generate detailed performance test reports with findings and recommendations.

• Provide input for performance tuning and capacity planning.

• Work collaboratively with development, DevOps, and QA teams to resolve performance issues.
