We are looking for a capable Polarion developer and configurator to work as part of a structured delivery team implementing Siemens Polarion 2404 across seven process areas. Working under the direction of the Senior Polarion Consultant, this role is responsible for translating approved design specifications into working Polarion configuration — item types, fields, workflow states, reports, and dashboards — and for supporting unit testing of custom scripts authored by the senior team. This is a hands-on delivery role suited to a developer who is proficient in Polarion configuration and wants to deepen their exposure to complex traceability models, gate-driven workflows, and JavaScript scripting within a governed project setting.
