Role Title: Sr. Manager - Sales- Aggregates Genset

Purpose of the Role:
Responsible for Genset sales, Business development, Channel management and market share improvement in multiple states.

Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Genset sales and market share.
• Business development: rate contract with corporates, brand approval from government departments.
• Brand building: ensure regular activities like customer meets, participate in exhibitions.
• Channel management: revenue generation through Genset engine and other components to GOEMs, driving and guiding team members of channel partners.
• Monitor Genset sales: Analysis of OG, Sales, Lost deal analysis, segment wise, dealer wise, district wise and others.
• Channel development: appointment of Genset sales and service dealers based on potential.
• Market intelligence: competition tracking.
• Business acumen: drive business smartly.

• Service - Co-ordination for complaint resolution
• Ware-houses / Plants - Supplies against order




• Finance - Credits and Receivables

External
• Genset Manufacturer - Business development
• Dealers - Sales and Service - Demand generation and genset warranty and service
• Corporates, Government Departments and Customers - Marketing and order Generation

Desired Candidate Profile:
• Education Qualifications an B.E & B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical
• Work Experience 3+ Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing
• Preferred Industry Genset Industry
