Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Content Programming professional with 8–10 years of experience in the Media & Entertainment industry, particularly across Television, Broadcast, Studios, and/or OTT/Streaming platforms.

The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in content programming, content planning, scheduling, and audience-driven programming strategy. This individual should understand both linear TV/broadcast programming and digital/OTT content ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage content programming strategies across TV/Broadcast and OTT/Streaming platforms.
Plan, curate, and schedule content based on audience preferences, content availability, business priorities, and programming strategy.
Manage programming calendars, content schedules, premieres, launches, and content lifecycle activities.
Collaborate with internal teams including Content, Editorial, Production, Marketing, Studios, Distribution, and Operations.
Work closely with broadcast studios, production houses, content providers, and other media partners.




Stay updated on industry trends across Television, Broadcasting, Streaming, and Digital Media.

Required Qualifications
8–10 years of experience in Content Programming, Content Strategy, Programming, Scheduling, or related areas.
Solid experience working in the Media & Entertainment industry.
Experience with TV Networks, Broadcasters, Broadcast Studios, Production Studios, OTT, or Streaming platforms.
Hands-on experience with:
Content Programming
Content Planning
Content Scheduling
Content Curation
Programming Strategy
Content Calendar Management
Understanding of both Linear Television/Broadcast and OTT/Streaming ecosystems.
Experience analyzing viewership, audience behavior, content performance, or engagement metrics.
Robust stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills
