Role: Product Manager, Marketing Cloud

Position Type: Full time Contract (40hrs/week)

Contract Duration: 12+ months

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Location: Hybrid - Bangalore or Pune, India
Primary responsibility: Lead migration of business units from legacy marketing platforms onto Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next.

Key responsibilities:
Project planning, budgeting, objectives, and stakeholder management
Business discovery and requirements gathering
Translate business requirements into user stories with technology teams
Manage UAT and end-to-end project delivery
Work closely with business stakeholders and separate development/technology teams
Support large-scale migrations rather than small implementations

Ideal candidate:




Strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
Ideally hands-on Marketing Cloud Next experience
Marketing/business background and understanding of marketing terminology and ecosystems
Experience with large migrations
Technically savvy and strong in analysis/documentation
Robust communication and stakeholder-management skills
Salesforce certifications are important

Migration workplace: This is not a greenfield implementation. Businesses are being migrated from legacy platforms such as Eloqua, Oracle Eloqua, Leadpages, and Mailchimp to an existing global Marketing Cloud Next platform.
