Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume customer to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives
Identify recent avenues for business development and sales leads
Research key customer wants and needs; suggest appropriate solutions from the basket of offerings at Home and Hospitality
Communicate recent product developments to prospective clients, collect feedback on performance, and channel the same back to NPD team
Ensures the sales funnel is sufficient to achieve the Sales Goals and forecast based on the adequacy of the same
Identify ways to improve the sales funnel by interacting with the prospective clients
Price negotiation and act as a one-point contact for the customer for the solutions
Solely responsible for the implementation of the marketing activities of the region among the influencers
Measure, track, analyze, and report key account metrics
Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
