Essential Job Functions:
Market Entry: Build distributor and sales team candidate pipeline pre-launch
Onboarding & Activation: Acquire, onboard, and handhold distributors to first business
Branch Launch: Drive go-live readiness and early-stage business momentum
Field Enablement: Train teams on product, process, and systems
Local Marketing: Execute on-ground initiatives for acquisition and engagement
Performance Tracking: Monitor onboarding → activation → productivity funnel and optimize rollout efficiency

Early productivity per distributor
Branch ramp-up timelines

Distributor build-up before the launch of branch – creating the pipeline, warming up distributors, meeting and onboarding distributors, supporting login cases, accessing business dashboards, etc.
Hand-hold sales team on – Product, Process, Systems

Qualifications:
Graduation

Relevant Work-experience
8–12 years in sales / distribution / expansion roles / training
Solid team management and execution skills

Language Proficiency
English
