Site Coordination

Services which includes coordination with technical towers, OEM and third party vendors 1.1.3 Tape rotation support during PPM Oversight on computer room (MDF / IDF) and Site infrastructure maintenance which includes coordination with power and telecom vendors for issue resolution 1.1.4 Participate in local business unit consulting and escalation management which includes being IT go to person for local business unit and assist to identify the demand and requirement, Participate in BCP & DR initiatives, Application Support for site specific apps which includes vendor coordination Support TCS in the Training & Awareness Conduct training to site users, embedded IT, Plant IT and bring awareness about IT policies, procedures and changes as part of IMAC services and IT Support. 1.1.5 Vendor coordination services which includes, MFD, escort and issue management, for site specific IT related procurements, validate receipt of equipment Audio & Video conferencing support for user related issues. Vendor coordination for unresolved hardware support needs. 1.1.6 Mobile device support for user related issues. Vendor coordination for unresolved hardware support needs.

Projects

Support - Provide required support for project planning,



execution and closure which includes performing any site specific work that is identified as part of the project plan provide consultation to project team by sharing site information within scope of work or as agreed on. 1.1.7 Asset and inventory management which includes maintaining the inventory in the local IT depot for devices and spare parts VIP Support means providing technical support to VIP, within PPM, at the FTE site location office, Home office and External events (within the supported city), communicating the changes to VIP and Training to VIP as per IT requirements. If there is a need for using alternate transportation (Bus, Cab, Train or Air) to provide VIP support then the expense will be reimbursed 1.1.8 Asset Disposal means preparing the asset for disposal which includes wiping the data, removing the reusable components (if required), packing the systems, coordinating with the disposal vendor and updating the asset management system (as needed) Site specific unique services as agreed (Application support & other services as per IT infrastructure guideline) 1.1.9 Smart hand cabling support services which includes but not limited to Connecting cables to routers, switches and hub , Moving cables into jack panels if any user / desk movement ,Plug / Unplug of power cables connections ,Wireless and access point cable & connectivity checks (smart hands)and Plug / Unplug of cables into PBX systems (smart hand)
