key Responsibility :

- Conceptualizing and creating innovative apparel designs that align with global fashion trends.
- Producing detailed sketches, technical drawings, and tech packs using Adobe Illustrator and other design tools.
- Leading and mentoring a team of junior designers, guiding them in design execution and improving their skills.
- Conducting thorough research on fabric, trims, and manufacturing processes to ensure designs are both creative and feasible for production.
- Ensuring all designs are aligned with client specifications and are produced within the given timelines.
- Reviewing and approving sample garments during the prototyping stage to ensure designs meet the required standards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product development, sourcing, and quality control to bring designs from concept to final product.
- Keeping up-to-date with market trends, consumer preferences, and recent techniques in apparel design.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
