We are looking for an experienced Manager – Design to lead the Design & Engineering function for our Process Equipment Division.

The candidate should have robust hands-on experience in the design of pressure vessels, heat exchangers and other process equipment and should be familiar with applicable design codes and engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead design and engineering activities for pressure vessels, heat exchangers and process equipment.
- Review customer specifications, RFQs, technical requirements and applicable codes.
- Prepare/review design calculations,



GA drawings and fabrication drawings.
- Ensure compliance with ASME Section VIII, TEMA and customer-specific requirements.
- Working knowledge of ASME U Stamp requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Proposal, Production, Quality and Project Planning teams.
- Optimize designs for manufacturability, cost, safety and performance.
- Review and approve engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Resolve design-related manufacturing and customer issues.
- Guide and develop the design engineering team.

Mandatory Candidate Profile

Must have experience in:

Pressure Vessels / Heat Exchangers / Process Equipment manufacturing or engineering.
