Role & responsibilities

- Prepare 2D and 3D drawings, floor plans, layouts, elevations, sections and structural designs for prefabricated structures and portable cabins.
- Create and modify drawings using AutoCAD and Revit as per project requirements.
- Prepare fabrication, construction and detailed execution drawings.
- Visit project sites for site measurements, verification and dimensional checking.
- Coordinate with the site and execution team to ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings.
- Supervise in office execution and resolve design or measurement-related issues.
- Modify drawings based on actual site conditions and client requirements.
- Coordinate with fabrication, production and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, measurements and drawing revisions.
- Ensure accuracy, quality and timely completion of design and execution work.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or relevant technical field.
- 1-4 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting, structural/layout design or prefabricated structures.




- Proficient in AutoCAD 2D & 3D; knowledge of Revit/Revit Structure will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of structural drawings, fabrication drawings, layouts and construction drawings.
- Should be capable of taking accurate site measurements and converting them into drawings.
- Willing to travel to project sites for measurements, inspections and execution supervision.
- Should be comfortable coordinating with site, fabrication and production teams.
- Practical understanding of prefabricated structures, portable cabins, PEB or modular construction will be preferred.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates who are hands-on and willing to work both in office and at site will be preferred.
