Working Days: 6 Days | Sunday Off

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Design Engineer with 2+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably from the forging or machining industry. The candidate will be responsible for component design, 2D drawings, 3D modelling, tooling and fixture design, design validation, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturable and cost-effective designs.

Job Responsibilities

- Design and develop forging and machining components as per requirements.
- Create 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD.
- Design and develop forging dies, tools, fixtures, and gauges.
- Prepare component designs considering manufacturing feasibility and functionality.
- Read and understand customer/component drawings and convert requirements into designs.
- Apply GD&T;, dimensions, tolerances, and fits in mechanical designs.
- Perform basic design calculations and feasibility analysis.




- Develop and modify designs for better manufacturability and cost optimization.
- Support prototype and sample development through design modifications.
- Understand and apply design concepts related to Hot Forging, Cold Forging, Hammer Forging, and Press Forging.
- Design components suitable for machining and forging processes.
- Identify design-related issues and implement suitable design improvements.
