Team: Direct Sourcing

Location: River Factory, Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities

- Procurement Team Lead responsible for managing people and performance
- Responsible to conduct daily, weekly and monthly review on material availability
- Purchasing all kind of parts like Chassis, Bracket, Stamping, Busbar and battery parts from domestic vendor
- Planning and control towards no premium freight
- To ensure suppliers capacity and capability to meet production demand
- Review the critical supplier and drive preventive action plan
- To drive improvements in Various aspect of the supply chain - OTD, inventory management, lead time reduction and cost saving
- Work with quality team to continue improve the supplier quality performance
- Handling ECN changes,



BOM changes, coordination with design team and engineering team
- Preparing the MIS report and analysis to the management
- Ensures compliance's, safety standard and sustainability with company

Ideal Candidate

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management preferred
- 10–15 years of deep supply chain experience
- Proven track record in strategic supplier relationship management

- Mandatory proficiency in SAP
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
