Role & responsibilities

Lead end-to-end QA activities for OLT, NMS, GPON/XGS-PON, Broadband CPE, and Wi-Fi products. Own test strategy, feature validation, customer issue analysis, automation initiatives, and release quality across multiple product lines.

Key Responsibilities

- Own complete QA lifecycle from requirement review to release sign-off.
- Lead validation of OLT, NMS, GPON/XGS-PON, ONT/CPE, and Mesh solutions.
- Drive test planning, execution, defect management, and quality metrics.
- Perform customer issue replication, RCA, and interoperability testing.
- Lead automation initiatives and mentor QA engineers.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, DevOps, and Customer teams.
