Key Responsibilities.

- Oversee production operations for Semi Solid to meet targets with quality and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to cGMP, regulatory, and safety standards across all manufacturing activities.
- Plan and execute daily and monthly production schedules in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Drive process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Monitor OEE, yield, and downtime, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with QA, Engineering, and Maintenance for equipment readiness and validation.
- Lead and develop the production team through training and performance management.
- Maintain audit readiness and compliance with USFDA, WHO, and other regulatory requirements.

Leadership & Team Development Education Qualification: M. Pharm., B. Pharm., M.Sc.

Experience: 18 to 22 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
