Essential Job Functions:
Lead end-to-end development of GenAI-based solutions, including architecture design, coding, and deployment.
Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and optimizing GenAI solutions.
Build RAG pipelines, vector databases, and prompt optimization.
Implement best practices in APIs, microservices, and backend components for integrating AI into production systems.
Design, evaluate,



and tune system/user prompts for accuracy, latency, and guardrails.
Implement model versioning, testing, and monitoring for drift and performance (MLOps).

Qualifications:

Required Technical Skills
5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions.
At least 2 years of experience leading technical teams or projects.
Expertise in Generative AI, Python, LangChain/ADK, Prompt Engineering, and Evaluation.
Robust experience in software development using Python.
Hands-on experience with cloud settings such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Familiarity with coding tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, unit testing frameworks, and coding standards review.
Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Certifications in AI/ML, Cloud Platforms, or relevant technologies.
