Role Description The hospitality sales role at Golf Island Residences is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The role involves generating and managing leads, conducting property tours, and presenting the features and advantages of golf-facing luxury apartments to prospective residents and corporate clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, responding to inquiries, preparing proposals,



and coordinating with operations and front-of-house teams to ensure an outstanding guest and resident experience. The role also includes tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, supporting marketing initiatives and events, and providing feedback on guest expectations and market trends.
Qualifications
Experience in hospitality or real estate sales, with a solid focus on guest and client relationship management.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain luxury offerings clearly and persuasively.
Proven ability in lead generation, negotiations, and closing sales in a competitive market.
Comfort with basic CRM tools, sales reporting, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
Customer-centric mindset, qualified demeanor, and the ability to work on-site with flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as needed.
