Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ Years

Qualifications & Skills:
3+ years of experience in a Business Analysis role
Solid understanding of automation tools used in indry
Hands-on experience in automation initiatives and process improvement programs
Strong requirement elicitation skills with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders
Expertise in preparing comprehensive documentation including BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
Experience in business process modeling and process flow creation (BPMN, workflow diagrams, As-Is/To-Be process mapping)
Experience working with Agile, Lean Product Development and Waterfall methodologies




Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and independently
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong analytical, critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
Data-driven mindset with robust analytical capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good-to-Have
Exposure to enterprise-level RPA or automation programs
Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
Familiarity with change management and stakeholder adoption
RPA/Automation certifications (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or equivalent) – preferred
