Role Description The Senior Manager Commercial Retail and Strata will lead and manage commercial real estate mandates, with a focus on retail and strata projects in Pune City. This is a full time, in office role that involves overseeing leasing and sales activities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue targets for commercial assets. The role includes conducting market research, identifying recent business opportunities, preparing and presenting proposals, and coordinating site visits and negotiations.
The individual will collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, finance, legal) to ensure smooth transaction execution and compliance with organizational standards. The Senior Manager will also monitor portfolio performance, provide regular reporting to senior leadership, and support strategic planning for commercial and strata developments.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in commercial real estate, especially retail and strata, including leasing, sales, and transaction management.
Proven ability in client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation in a business-to-business environment.
Experience in market research, financial analysis of commercial assets, and preparation of business proposals and presentations.
