About The Job:
We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with 3 plus years of experience to join our AI/ML team.
You will be responsible for building, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models that solve real-world problems across domains such as NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics.

Essential Job Functions:
Design and develop machine learning models using Python and relevant ML libraries.
Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
Implement and optimize algorithms for performance and scalability.
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams.
Deploy models into production using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
Monitor model performance and retrain as needed.
Document processes and maintain reproducibility of experiments.

Qualifications:

Required




Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or related field.
3 plus years of hands-on experience in machine learning and Python programming.
Robust understanding of ML algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, etc.).
Experience with libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost.
Familiarity with data manipulation tools (Pandas, NumPy) and visualization (Matplotlib, Seaborn).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML deployment pipelines.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with NLP, computer vision, or time-series forecasting.
Knowledge of MLOps tools and practices.
Exposure to big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
Understanding of model explainability and fairness.
