We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager / Lotus Notes Support professional with strong expertise in Lotus Notes application support and banking operations. This role is highly business-focused, requiring a robust understanding of banking processes, regulatory requirements, data management, and the interconnected structure of Lotus Notes databases. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working directly with business users, administrators, auditors, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Business & User Support

- Provide day-to-day support to business users and troubleshoot Lotus Notes issues.
- Resolve document save failures caused by network issues, connection timeouts, or data corruption.
- Manage user permissions, roles, onboarding, role changes, and staff movements.
- Reassign or reopen tasks based on business requirements.
- Support administrators with daily operational activities.
- Guide users through business procedures where proper handover or documentation is unavailable.

Application Maintenance & Performance
- Monitor and optimise Lotus Notes application performance.
- Refresh and maintain database indexes.
- Troubleshoot and recreate corrupted views when required.
- Optimise views and indexes for improved application performance.

Data Lifecycle Management
- Monitor database size and perform archiving/splitting activities.
- Purge obsolete data in line with business and compliance requirements.
- Export complete database contents before migration or decommissioning.
- Perform annual data-cleanup activities to maintain performance and compliance.

Database & Annual Operations
- Create and maintain annual databases for critical banking services, including:
- CSO Services
- Cards Issuing

Reporting & Business Intelligence




- Generate ad-hoc reports based on business requirements.
- Support real-time reporting requirements for management decision-making.
- Retrieve and analyse relevant data for business and operational needs.

GDPR & Data Protection
- Configure and maintain automated purging agents.
- Ensure data retention and lifecycle activities comply with GDPR and organisational policies.
- Maintain appropriate data protection and privacy controls.

Audit & Investigation Support
- Support external auditors, including organisations such as KPMG, during annual audits.
- Assist with internal investigations through data retrieval and analysis.
- Ensure data integrity, traceability, and appropriate documentation across Lotus Notes environments.

Migration & Integration
- Support migration of Lotus Notes data to Therefore using Team Studio middleware.
- Work with business teams to define metadata requirements.
- Create Therefore Covering Sheets within Lotus Notes.
- Export data as PDFs, organise files, and import them into Therefore.
- Create Therefore categories and Content Connector Profiles.
- Troubleshoot failed uploads and validate data integrity throughout the migration process.
