Key Responsibilities

- Deliver and implement IT infrastructure projects including servers, storage, networking, and security
- Manage end-to-end project execution from planning to handover
- Deploy and support Private Cloud (VMware / Hyper-V / HCI) and Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Handle data centre deployments and migrations
- Implement and support cybersecurity solutions: firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto), endpoint security/EDR, VPNs and access control
- Perform infrastructure assessments, upgrades, and optimization
- Provide L2/L3 support for managed service customers
- Work closely with clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Prepare documentation, reports, and SOPs
- Ensure SLA compliance and service quality
- Coordinate with vendors for outsourced service delivery

Cloud: AWS/Azure/GCP (any one or more); VM provisioning, networking, IAM, backup Security:



Endpoint security/EDR; basic SOC/monitoring knowledge; patch & vulnerability management

Preferred (nice to have): MSP environment experience; Microsoft 365/Entra ID; Intune/MDM; backup tools (Veeam, Acronis); PowerShell/Bash scripting; ITIL process understanding

Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills; good communication and customer handling; ability to manage multiple projects; documentation and reporting skills

Certifications (preferred, not mandatory): AWS/Azure, VMware (VCP), Fortinet NSE, Microsoft Certifications
