What You ll Do
- Develop and validate machine learning models
- Design and run A/B and causal inference experiments
- Translate business problems into analytical frameworks
- Communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders What We re Looking For
- 2-5 years in data science or applied ML
- Robust Python, statistics, and ML fundamentals
- Experience with scikit-learn, XGBoost, or similar
- Ability to communicate complex results clearly
- Domain experience in CPG/retail/BFSI is a plus
