Role Description The Data Science Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The trainer will design and deliver data science curricula, including core concepts, tools, and practical applications, through classroom sessions, workshops, and labs. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, conducting interactive lectures and hands-on exercises, evaluating learner performance, and providing individualized feedback and doubt-clearing support.

The trainer will collaborate with the academic team to align training content with industry requirements, integrate real-world projects, and continuously update course material.



Additional responsibilities may include mentoring learners on career pathways, contributing to assessment design, and supporting placement activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Science Education skills, with the ability to explain complex technical and analytical concepts clearly and accessibly.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Physics and Mathematics to support instruction in data-driven problem solving and quantitative analysis.
- Candidates should be a Qualified Teacher or experienced trainer, with demonstrated competency in classroom management and learner engagement.
- Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning skills, including curriculum design, structuring modules, and aligning objectives with assessments.
- Strong knowledge of data science fundamentals (statistics, machine learning, data visualization) and proficiency with relevant tools (e.g., Python, SQL, libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn) are highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in an academic or training environment.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
